Victor has more than six years of diverse experience as an information technology professional in the fields of systems analysis, design and development, infrastructure development, database administration, network administration and training. He is a former Software Development Engineer at Microsoft R&D under the Amalga HIS product (http://www.microsoft.com/amalga/).
He has strong experience in both rich-client and web application development. He is an expert of graphical user interface (GUI) development tools, object oriented programming (OOP), relational database management systems using structured query language (SQL), data modelling, systems analysis and design. His experience and interests are software development using Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, XML, ASP and SQL Server.
